The frame is made of our trademark reeded strapwork which is created by hand using small pieces of mold and the power of the hammer to shape ridges in the heated iron bar. Next, turn your gaze on the perforated tole. It is machine made outside the atelier and purveyors are becoming increasingly difficult to find. As with all of Ironware’s collections, this firescreen may be customized to meet your needs. Not so simple after all!
